I'm Mark Rubins, a residential architect with 30 years of hands-on construction behind me, from buying land to the final punch list. That's why I read a bid differently: I know where costs hide and where contracts leave owners exposed.MTR Build Advisory is my way of putting that experience on your side of the table, wherever you're building.

Questions

What do I send?
PDFs, scans or phone photos of your bids, contract or plans. If it's readable, it works.
Is this legal advice or an inspection?
No. It's a practical construction review and second opinion. Have an attorney review contracts and a licensed inspector inspect the work.
Do you work outside Connecticut?
Document reviews (bids, contracts, plans and budgets) are written and delivered by email, anywhere in the U.S. Build Advisor includes site visits, so it's available within 120 miles of Southington, CT.
What if I have questions about the report?
Reply to the email and I'll answer. A short phone call is available if you'd like one.

Don't sign until a builder has read it.

Email your documents or questions to [email protected], or call 860-620-4877. I'll reply within one business day with next steps and a payment link.
